DENIAL OF REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL
PATRICK ELLIOTT
WHEREAS the request of Patrick Elliott for architec-
tural approval to install and use several 1-1/2 car garages as
outbuildings on his property at W192 S9521 Racine Avenue has
been pending before the Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS at the last meeting, the Commission requested
that -Zoning Officer -Lee~-determine .-the' actual-use :of- these
proposed buildings, and
WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee has determined that the
proposed outbuildings will be used for garage purposes, and
WHEREAS the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Muskego
does not permit more than two garage structures on a single
parcel of land.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission
of the City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Patrick
Elliott for architectural approval to install and use several
1-1/2 car garages as outbuildings on his property at W192
S9521 Racine Avenue.
