APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
LINCOLNSHIRE SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas C.
Inman, land surveyor, November 6, 1976, has been submitted
to finalize a re-division of Outlot 1 and Lot 9, Block 2,
in Lincolnshire Subdivision -to create two buildable lots,
and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lots as proposed
0 more than meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize the re-division of Outlot 1 and Lot 9,
Block 2, in Lincolnshire Subdivision to create two buildable
lots.
