APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
(WISCONSIN COIL SPRING, INC)
WHEREAS the city has accepted an offer of $34,000 from
Edward H. Lanke, president of Wisconsin Coil Spring, Inc., to
purchase approximately 4 acres in the city's industrial park,
and
WHEREAS the property is indicated as Lots 4 and 5, Block
4, on the sketch approved by the Plan Commission March 2, 1970,
and
WHEREAS Ruekert & Mielke have prepared a certified survey
map to finalize this division to be known as Lot 5, Block 4.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve and recommend approval to
the Common Council of the certified survey map creating Lot 5,
Block 4, in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park.
