APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ELMER & JEROME TINTI
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, October 28, 1976, has been Submitted to finalize
a four parcel division of the Tinti property on Sunny Hill
Drive in Section 8, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division June 15, 1976, as the lots proposed more than meet the
requirements forthis RS-1 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a four parcel division of the Tinti
property on Sunny Hill Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer,
