RECOMMENDATION TO ACCEPT OFFER TO PURCHASE
CITY OWNED LOT (BAILEY)
WHEREAS the Common Council of the City of Muskego has
accepted an offer to purchase 5.50 acres of land on-Durham
Drive in Section 11 from William Bailey in the amount of
$15,000.00, and
WHEREAS City Attorney Buckley has advised that the Plan
Commission is required to make recommendation to the Cormnon
Council on all sales of city owned property.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does

hereby concur with the Common Council’s decision to accept an
offer to purchase 5.50 acres of land on Durham Drive in Section
11 from William Bailey in the amount of $15,000.00.
