RECOMMENDATION FOR RENEWAL OF PERMIT
PORTABLE ASPHALT PLANT
PAYNE & DOLAN OF WIS.
WHEREAS Payne & Dolan have submitted a request for renewal
of their permit which expires December 1, 1976, for continued
operation of the portable asphalt plant on Crowbar Road on the
State Sand & Gravel site, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted accessory use in accordance
with Section 6.07 af the Muskego Zcning Ordinance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
the permit for continued operation of the portable asphalt
plant on Crowbar Road be renewed for one year.
