APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
ORMAH WALRATH
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Edward A Hurley,
land surveyor, October 29, 1976, has been submitted to finalize
a two parcel division of the Walrath property on Woods Road in
Section 16 , and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for this
division June 6, 1972, subject to road reservations as recom-
mended by Planning Consultant Mangiamele, and
WHEREAS the certified survey map reflects a dedication
0 for Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted to finalize a two parcel divis.ion of the Walrath
property on Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
