REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REQUEST FOR ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL
PATRICK ELLIOTT
WHEREAS Patrick Elliott, W192 S9521 Racine Avenue, has
submitted a request for permission to install several additional
outbuildings on his property, and
WHEREAS this property is of approximately six acres and is
located in the Agriculture District, and
WHEREAS the proposed outbuildings are 1 112 car garages and 0 therefore, a review of the property and the surrounding area by
the Planning Consultant is necessary prior to action by the
Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the request of Patrick Elliott
for permission to install several additional outbuildings on
his property to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
recmendation.
