APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND OPERATIONAL PLANS
RISTOW TRUCKING COMPANY
TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Ristow Trucking Co. has purchased Parcel 3 on
College Court in the Tess Corners Industrial Park to construct
an office and garage facility building, and
WHEREAS building, site and operational plans have been
submitted and .reviewed by Zoning.-Officer Lee and-he has:-- -
recommended approval subject to receipt of more detailed land-
scaping plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building and operational
plans for Ristow Trucking Co. on Parcel 3 on College Court in
the Tess Corners Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
condition that detailed landscaping plans be submitted to the
Commission for approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is also subject
to the condition that sufficient money be provided in an escrow
account to insure that the necessary asphalting will be completed
by October 1, 1977.
