APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
TESS CORNERS INDUSTRIAL PARK (ADA BUTCHER)
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Thomas Inman,
land surveyor, October 21, 1976, has been submitted to finalize
a one parcel division of the Ada Butcher property in the Tess
Corners Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS this parcel is in addition to the four parcels which
were approved by the Plan Commission August 4, 1976, and
a WHEREAS the proposed lot meets the requirements of this 1-1
Industrial Park District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
prepared by Thomas Inman for a one parcel division of the Ada
Butcher property in the Tess Corners Industrial Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the approval of the city engineer.
