APPROVAL OF REVISED LANDSCAPING PLANS
GUERNSEY MEADOWS
WHEREAS landscaping plans prepared by Nelson & Associates,
Inc., May 29, 1975, for Guernsey Meadows subdivision were approved
by the Plan Commission September 21, 1976, and
WHEREAS the revised plans show street plantings which do
not conform to the city's recently adopted street tree standards
and replace the previously approved berm with heavy landscaping
along the northwest boundaries of the subdivision, and
WHEREAS the city's park foreman has recommended approval of
0
the revised plans for screening.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the revised screening plans
for Guernsey Meadows prepared by Nelson & Associates, Inc., May
29, 1975.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the street tree plan is approved
subject to the understanding that it must conform to the city's
recently adopted street tree standards.
