REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
REZONING PETITION - ADRIAN SCHMIDT
WHEREAS a petition has been submitted by Adrian D. Schmidt,
W200 S7100 Williams Drive, to rezone approximately 24 acres of
his property in the SW 114 of Section 5 from R-1 to RS-1, and
WHEREAS such rezoning would require a review of the
surrounding area by the Planning Consultant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this petition submitted by
Adrian Schmidt to rezone approximately 24 acres of property
from R-1 to RS-1 to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review
and recommendation.
