APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT (AS AMENDED)
MRS. CEILLE
WHEREAS the preliminary plat for Mrs. Ceille, a 38 1
lot subdivision east of Freedom Acres in Section 11, was
received and acknowledged by the Plan Commission September
21, 1976, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000
sq. ft. lots with 110' average width and the lots meet these
requirements, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat was referred to the objecting
agencies and to all affected city boards, commissions and
departments for their review and recommendations, and 0 WHEREAS the objecting agencies, city boards, commissions and
departments have submitted their reports indicating that they
do not object to the plat with the exception of the Waukesha
County Park & Planning Commission who have objected on the basis
of its conflict with the proposed Belt Freeway corridor.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the preliminary plat for
Mrs. Ceille in accordance with Section 7 of the Lad Division
Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
approval of the preliminary plat to the Common Council.
