APPROVAL OF FENCE - MUSKEG0 MARINE
WHEREAS Muskego Marine, S73 W16511 Janesville Road, has
submitted a request to construct a 7' high, chain link fence
as security against arson, burglaries and vandalism, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 4.05 (2) D. 3., a
fence in excess of 6' high may be permitted subject to approval
of the Plan Commission and with the written consent of the
adjoining property owners.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the request of Muskego
Marine to construct a 7' high, chain link fence around the
property.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the receipt of written consent from the adjoining property
owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the portion of the fence
abutting the residential properties shall be adequately
screened with plantings.
