DENIAL OF SIGN - GIESE'S DERBY
WHEREAS Giese's Derby, S76 W17957 Janesville Road, has
submitted a request to attach a 4' x 5', illuminated, beer
sign to the corner of their building, and
WHEREAS this sign would be in addition to an existing,
free standing, lighted, beer sign, and
WHEREAS it is the Plan Commission's opinion that two
beer signs would be esthetically unacceptable.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby deny the request of Giese's Derby
for a 4' x 5', illuminated, beer sign to be attached to the
corner of their building. 0
