APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
RONALD DEWS
WHEREAS Ronald Drews, West Bend, Wis., has submitted a
sketch for a two parcel division of his property on Hillendale
Drive in Section 18, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 District which requires 80,000
sq. ft. lots with 200' average width and the lots proposed
meet these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
this two parcel division of the Drews property in Section 18. 0 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the receipt of a certified survey map to finalize
this division.
