REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION - SCHWEFEL PROPERTY
WHEREAS a sketch prepared by Inman, Inc., has been
submitted for a four parcel division of the Evelyn Schwefel
property on Janesville Road in Section 9, and
WHEREAS such sketch would warrent review by the Planning
Consultant because of the shape and layout of the proposed
lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this sketch for a four parcel
division of the Schwefel property to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
