REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PRELIMINARY PLAT - WILDFLOWER
WHEREAS a prelimiqayy plat for Wil,dflower, a planned unit
development, prepared by Kit Kuokkapen and Richard $tenzel,
surveyors, has been submitted to the Plan Connniesipn for approval,
and
WHEREAS the total development prqpospd is for 40 single
family lots, 60 zerp lot line patip homes pd 144 aparfweqts -
a total of 244 units, and
WHEREAS the Cmon Council has kranted municipal sewers
for 40 single family lots, 44 zqro lot line patio homes, and
42 apartments - a total of 126 units, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 3.4 qf the Land Division
Ordinance, the final plat shall ponstitute only that portion of
the approved preliminary plat which is approved by the Conpon
Council.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnission of the
City og Muskego does hereby refer the preltrninary plat fsr
Wildflower, a planned un'it developmpnt', to Plannipg Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
