WHEREAS a petition submitted by Rtqhard Knudsen has been
referred to the Plan Commission by the Cmon aouncil, aqd
WHEREAS said petition is to rezone a parcel qf property
at W188 56909 Gold Drive (sopchwest corner of Lembezeder and
Gold Drives) from RS-2 to RSA ta pennit the +xfsti,ng bu+ld\ng
to be used as a duplex, and
WHEREAS such rezoning would require a review qf fhe
e surrounding area by the Planning Consultant.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVVD that the Plan Cmi#,sion of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this qetition ~QP paping to
Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and raconrmqndation.
