APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ORLO ZLENSKY
WHEREAS Orlo Zlensky, S91 W13253 BoxhorQ Drive, haq submitted
a sketch for a one parcel divisipn of hie property on Boxhoun
Drive in Section 24, and
WHEREAS this is an R-2 District which requires 60,000 sq.
ft. lots with 175' average width and the lot proposed meets
these requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commissiqn of the e City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for
this one parcel division of the Orlo Zlensky property in
Section 24.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the PZen Conupiyqion will be
receptive to the receipt of a certified auwey map to finalize
the division.
