SPITZNER'S FLORAL SHOP
APPROVAL OF SIGN
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby, upon recommendation of
the Architectural Sub-committee, approve a 3' x 8',
permanent, identification sign for Spitzner's Floral
Shop, S76 W17822 Janesville Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is
subject to the condition that there be a minimum
setback of 20' from the Janesville Road right-of-way
and that an affidavit be executed that the sign will be
removed at the owneisexpense in the event it becomes
necessary for the improvement of the street.
IT IS FURTHER UNDERSTOOD that the location of the
sign is subject to review by the Board of Appeals.
