REAFFIRMING RECOMMENDATION OF DENIAL
MUSKEGO VOLUNTEER FIRE CO. SUB-STATION
(NE Corner of Hillendale & Lembezeder Drives)
Council that the petition submitted by Muskego Volunteer Fire
Co. to rezone a parcel of property on the northeast corner of
Hillendale & Lembezeder Drives to RS-2 with an OIP overlay to
permit a sub-station be denied in their Resolution #P. C.
62-76 As Amended adopted June 1, 1976, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recommended to the Common
to the Plan Commission .for- further review, and
WHEREAS the Common .Council..referred..the recommendation back
WHEREAS-the Plan Conrmission.referred_the proposal to. Planning
Volunteer Fire Co. as to possible sub-station sites in the north-
ConsultantJangiamele to confer-with-the .member.sz of: the c musk ego-^
west district, and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele submitted a report
to the Plan Commission August 17, 1976, indicating preferred sites for a sub-station which did not include the site at the northeast
corner of. Hillendale .& Lembezeder ~Drives.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby-reaffirm:~their-reeommendation-.to.:- '5.
