APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPING PLAN
GUERNSEY MEADOWS
(As Amended)
WHEREAS landscaping plans prepared by Nelson & Associates,
Inc., May 29, 1975, for Guernsey Meadows subdivision were
referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele for review and
WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recommended
approval subject to those conditions as indicated in his
report dated September 21, 1976.
THEREFOREBE-IT, RESOLVED-~that--the Plan Cornmi-ssion of
the City of Muskego does hereby accept the .rec&endation
of the Planning Consultant and does hereby approve the
landscaping plans submitted for Guernsey Meadows subdivision
subject to those conditions indicated in his report dated
Sep.tember .21, 1976.
