WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Mrs. Ceille for the
development of 38 lots east of Freedom Acres subdivision in
Section 11,~ prepared by Hoffmann, Polzin - & Associates September
2, 1976, has been submitt-ed to-the Plan-Cmission-for -approval,
and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of.the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to the objecting
agencies and to all affected city boards, commissions and
departments for their -review.:and~-recommendations.
