APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN

WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved at their meeting
June 1, 1976, the request of Rite.Rea1ty to erect an 8' x 16',
single face, temporary sign on the south side of Highway 24 at
its intersection with Kristin Drive to introduce Kristin Down
subdivision,^-and
WHEREAS this-approval 'was :for :a per.iod gf-three months; "-1 -
and
WHEREAS -Rite Realty-has now-requested -renewal of the .
temporary. sign permit, however, -for a -double-face sign to -be
located at--right angles -to Highway224-instead--of the single -
face sign. ~=-

City of Muskego does hereby appr.ove~-the request .of -Rite Realty :
