APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE - - LEE GAURA
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Lee Gaura to
permit construction of a 24' x 30', unattached, second garage
structure on his property at S74 W20656 Field Drive, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect~_on the.property value or reasonable^
enjoyment of the .surrounding--7roperties. . - THEREFORE-BE IT RESOLVED-tfiat'the.Architectura1 Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Lee
Gaura to construct a '24'~ 30', unattached, second garage
