REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
DEVELOPMENT FOR THE ELDERLY
FRANK & GEM1 WARREN
WHEREAS a site plan prepared by Shepherd, Legan, Aldrian
September 1, 1976, has been submitted indicating the proposed
development of approximately 7 acres of property on the south
side of Janesville Road in Section 10 for Frank & Gerri
Warren, Plaza Homes, and
WHEREAS this development proposes 79 one bedroom apartments
0 for the elderly and 1 two bedroom manager's apartment.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Comission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the site plan submitted for
development of apartments for the elderly to Planning Consul-
tant Mangiamele for review and recmndation.
