APPROVAL OF SOUND BARRIER
BOXHORN BIG MUSKEGO GUN CLUB
WHEREAS Boxhorn Big Muskego Gun Club, S90 W13960 Boxhorn
Drive, is operating under Conditional Use Grant #70, and
WHEREAS Richard Bennett, owner, has submitted a request
for approval of a 550' long x 35' wide x 35' high, "A" frame
sound barrier to significantly reduce the down gun noise of
the Boxhorn Big Muskego Gun Club, and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 6.03 (2) G. of the
Muskego Zoning Ordinance such addition to the conditional use
shall be approved by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
Richard Bennett for a 550' long x 35' wide x 35' high, ''A"
City of Muskego does hereby approve the plans submitted by
frame sound barrier to be constructed at the Boxhorn Big
Muskego Gun Club.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the following conditions:
1. That the east end of the barrier be enclosed..
2. That there be a 35' high x 145' long barrier constructed
submitted.
25' from the east property line in accordance with the plans
design and structure of the barrier.
3. That the Building Inspection Department approves the
City of Muskego
