WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a four parpel
division of the Adrian Schmidt property in the SW l./4 of
Section 5, and
WHEREAS this is an R-1 district which requires 80,000
sq. ft, lots wifh 200' average yiclth and the lots proposed
do not meFt these requirement*.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commissipn of the
City pf Mqskego does hereby deny the sketcp submitted for a
foua parcel division of fhe Adrian Schmidt property in the
SW 1/4 of Section 5.
