BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the request submitted by Leo
Ottman, W150 -S7677..Dorothy Drive, for const.ruct.ion -of- an
80'; ham .radio tower.
BE IT FURTHER: RESOLVED= that=thi-s -approvalT is subject
to .the condition that-the abutting proper.ty owners be
notified and given an .opportunity-to Teview the plans if
they .wish.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to
the understanding that the existing tower will be removed in
30 days after completion of the new tower.
