STATE SANQ & GWVEL
RECOMMENDATION To REWW EXTRACTIVE PERMIT
WHEREAS the City Plan Cornm+gs;ton has received a petition
for renewal of Conditional Use Grant #37: held by State.Sand &
Gravel and Payne & Dolan of Wlsqonsin for an. extracttve permit
which expires July 2, 1976, and

WHEREAS the necessary public hearing has been held, and
WHEREAS a restoration bond in the amount of $75,000 is on
file in the City Clerk's office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend fo the Common Council re-
newal of Conditional Use Grant 1/37 held by State Sand & Gravel and
Payne & Dolan of Wisconsin for an extractive permit for the
period from July 2, 1976, to July 2 1977. 7
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission recommends
to the Common Council that the restoration bond be increased to
$100.,000.
