ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
COUNTRY CLUB OAKS
SCOTT KRAUSE
WHEREAS a preliminary plat for Country Club Oaks, a planned
unit development, prepared by Inman, Ina., for Scott Krause,
Muskego Lakes Country Clu'b, has been submitted to the Plan
Conrmission for approval,, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 3.2 of the Land Division
Ordinance, the preliminary plat has been referred to qhe objectiqg
agencies and to all affected city boards, commissions and
departments for their review and recommendations.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Conpnissipn does hereby
acknowledge receipt of the preliminary plat foy Country Club Oaks,
a planned unit development.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Cormnissiqn will not
take action until the reports and recommen&tions from thp
objecting agencies and affected city boards, cm+ssions and de-
partments have been received.
