REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
PLAZA HOMES -- FRANK & GERRZ WARREN
WHEREAS a site plan prepared 'by Shepherd, Legan, Aldrian
June 28, 1976, has been submitted indicating the proposed
development of approximately 7 acres of property on the south
side of Janesville Road in Section 10 for Frank & Gerri Warren
to be known as Plaza Homes.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the site plan submitted for
development of Plaza Homes be referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
