APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS & TEMPORARY SIGN
ST. FRANCIS SAVINGS & LOAN
WHEREAS St. Francis Savings & Loan have requested to situate
a 14' x 70', movable office to be used as the temporary branch
office of the savings and loan association to be located on the
northeast corner of Janesville Road and Lannon Drive, and
WHEREAS the location of the temporary, mobile office will
be such that it will not hamper construction of the permanent
structure as shown on the si.te plan submitted, and
WHEREAS plans have also been submitted for a 5.5' x 7.5',
black and white, internally illuminated, temporary sign to be
located near the intersection of Janesville Road and Lannon
Drive-
0 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that
a temporary 14' x 70', mobile oEfice be permitted for St. Francis
Savings & Loan on the northeast corner of Janesville Road and
Lannon Drive to be located as indicated on the site plan submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does hereby
approve a 5*5' ~7.5'~ black and white, internally illuminated,
temporary sign to be located near the intersection of Janesville
Road and Lannon Drive.
