APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATIONAL AND LANDSCAPING PLANS
LLOYD HA" - MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK
WHEREAS Lloyd Hanun purchased Lot 5 in Block 2 of the
Muskego Business/Industrial Park to construct a headquarters
for his construction company with additional sections of the
building for lease as small warehouses, and
WHEREAS building, site, operational and landscaping plans
have 'been submitted and reviewed by Planning Consultant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site, operational
and landscaping plans prepared by Riopelle Engineering for an
office and storage building for Lloyd Ham on Lot 5, Block 2,
in the Muskego Business/Lndustri.al Park.
