TESS COmERS INDUSTRIAL PARK - ADA BUTCHER
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP REVISED
WHEKEAS the Plan Conmission approved-a cer,tified survey map
creatimg three parcels of properey and a road in the Tess Corners
Industrial Park area in Resolution #P. C. 56-76 adopted May 18,
1976, and
WHEREAS this approval was subject to review by the city
engineer of ,the planned detention area as well as the location
and design of the road being proposed to serve these parcels,
and
WHEREAS in accordance with recommendation from the city
engineer, the cul-de-sac was moved farther north to provide more
room for buildings on parcels 1 and 2, and
WHEREAS a revised certified survey map prepared by Znman,
Inc., June 29, 1976, has now been submitted which incorporates
the recommendation of the ci.ty engineer and which also creates
four parcels in lieu of the three parcels.
THEREFORE BE 11’ RESOLVED that: the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the revised certified survey map
creating four parcels and a road in the Tess Corners Industrial
Park for Ada Butcher.
