APPROVAL OF LEGAL STATUS
DREIKOSEN'S PLAT - WILLIAM L. ZICKERT
WHEREAS a petiti.on has been submitted by William L. Zickert,
W180 S7382 Pioneer Drive, requesting legal status for Lots 16
and 26 in the Dreikosen Plat, and
WHEREAS the loLs are located in an RS-3 District which
requires 15,000 sq. €tB lots with 100' average width and the
lots, i.f divided equally, would be 12,015 sq. ft. with 90'
average width, and
WHEREAS this is an exceptional situation inasmuch as a
new road, Kristin Drive, will provide access to Lot 26 and the
lot is adjacent to an outlot in the Kristin Downs Subdivision,
and
WHEREAS the determination of legal status in this case
would not set a precedenr: beca.use o€ its uniqueness.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council
that the request submitted by William L. Zickert for legal status
for Lots 16 and 26 in the Dreikosen Plat be granted.
