REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT AND ZONING OFFICER
REQUEST FORM RADIO TOWER

WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Leo Ottman, W150
57677 Dorothy Drive, to permit construction of an 80', ham
radio tower, and
WHEREAS such tower may be permitted in accordance with
Section 5.03 (2) D. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance subject to
approval by the Plan Commission.
/ THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer this request for an 80',ham
radio tower to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer
Lee for review and recommendation.
