ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
RAY WERNSMAN
WHEREAS a request has been subrnit,ced by Ray Wernsma.n to
permit construction of a 60' x 34', second garage structure on
his property at W136 S64.68 Sherwood Court, and
WHEREAS a request for 3 60' x 32', second garage structure
was granted to Mr. Wernsman Janua.ry 16, 1573, however action was
rescinded on this request because Mr. Wernsman desired to construct
a 12' x 20', wooden storage building in lieu of the second garage
structure, and
WHEREAS Mr. Wernsman is the owner of Lots 22 and 23, Block
17, Fountainwood Addition No. 3, and the existing home is on
e Lot 22 and the proposed garage will be constructed on Lot 23, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have a
substantial adverse affect on the property value or reasonable
enjoyment of the surrounding properties in this RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) does hereby approve the request of Ray
Wernsman for a 60' x 34', second garage structure subject to the
. condition that Lots 22 and 23 are legally combined
