APPROVAL OF CEKTIFLED SURVEY MAP
AHLEIN KAE‘KE
WHEREAS a certified survey map prepared by Wisconsin Land
Surveyors July 21, 1976, has been submitted to finalize a three
parcel divisi,on of the Kapke property on Berger Lane in the
NE 1/4 o€ Section 1, and
WHEREAS the Plan Commission approved the sketch for thi.s
division in Resolution #Pa C. 79-76 adopted July 6, 1976, subject
to a half street dedication along the entire length of the Kapke
property and the certified survey map reflects this condition.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the certified survey map
submitted LO finalize a three parcel division of the Kapke
property on Berger Lane in the NE 1/4 of Section 1. e
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
approval of the city engineer.
