C. 82-76 MILL VALLEY HEIGHTS - KENNETH KOEPSEL DENIAL OF LEGAL STATUS WHEREAS a petiti.on submitted by Kenneth Koepsel, S64 W19078 School Drive, requesting determination of legal status for Lots 13 and 14, Mil'L Valley Heights unrecorded subdivision, was referred to Planning Consultant Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation, and WHEREAS these lots are located in an RS-3 OED District which requires 13,250 sq. ft. with 75' average width and Lot 13 has 11,108 sq. ft. with 64.5' average width and Lot 14 has 10,314 sq. ft. with 60' average width, and WHEREAS Zoning Officer Lee reports that there are 12 double or triple lots in the subdivision which are held in single ownership and that there are 13 single, nonconforming lots, and WHEREAS a request for legal status for Lot 35 i.n the subdivi- sion was denied, and WHEREAS Planning Consultant Mangiamele has recomended that legal status be denied for Lots 13 and 14. THEREFORE BE 1.T RESOLVED t.hat: the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego does hereby recommend to the Common Council that the request submitted by Kenneth Koepsel for legal status for Lots 13 and 1 4 in Mill Valley Heights unrecorded subdivision be denied.
