ARCHITECTURAL APPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE
AMBROSE WANTA
WHEREAS a request has been submitted by Ambrose
Wanta to permit construction of an 18' x 20', unattached,
second garage structure on his property at S75 W14554
Pilgrim Drive, and
WHEREAS this second garage structure will be used for
the storage of recreational and garden equipment, and
WHEREAS it does not appear that such garage would have
a substantial adverse affect on the property value or
reasonable enjovment of the surrounding properties in this
RS-2 District.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that~the Architectural Control
Board (Plan Commission) .does hereby approve the request of
Ambrose Wanta for an 18' x 20', unattached, second garage
structure.
