APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ARLINE KAPKE
WHEREAS a sketch has been submitted for a three parcel
division of the Kapke property on Berger Lane in the NE 1/4 of
Section 1, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-2 District which requires 20,000 sq. ft.
lots with 110' average width and the lots proposed more than meet
these requirements, and
WHEREAS in accordance with Section 7.3 of the Land Division
Ordinance a half street shall be dedicated by the subdivider
where a platted half street is adjacent to the tract being sub-
divided.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a
three parcel division of the Kapke property on Berger Lane in
Section 1 subject to a 30' half street dedicatipn along the
entire length of the Kapke property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission will be
receptive to the submission of a certified survey map,
