REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTAW AND ZONING QFFICER
REQUEST FOR LEGAL STATUS - KENNETH KOEPSEL
WHEREAS -a petition has been submitted by Kenneth Koepsel,
S64 W19078 School Drive, requesting determination of legal
status for Lot 14, Mill Valley Heights unrecorded subdivision,
and
WHEREAS the lot is located in an RS-3 OED Qistrict which
requires 11,250 sq. ft. in area and 75' average width, and
WHEREAS there is a question pending as to the size of Lot
14.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission does here-
by refer this petition submitted by Kenneth Koepsel for
determination of legal status for Lot 14 to Planning Consvltant
Mangiamele and Zoning Officer Lee for review and recommendation.
