APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATIONAL PLANS
SORENSEN'S ACE GLASS SERVICE
WHEREAS plans have been submitted for Sorensen's Ace Glass
Service to be located in the building used formerly by Rindt's
Mobil Station at S66 W14452 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS this is a permitted use-by-right in this B-3 District
subject to approval by the Plan Commission of building, site and
operational plans.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the building, site and operational
plans for Sorensen's Ace Glass Service to be located in the
existing building at S66 W14452 Janesville Road on the northeast
corner of Janesville Road and Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve a 3' x 5', illuminated, double
faced sign to be mounted on a 12 ft. pole in an existing baFe to
identify Sorensen's Ace Glass Service.
