APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS
LAKE LORE ESTATES
WHEREAS landscaping plans have been submitted for Lake Lore
Estates, a portion of the Covenanf Living Centers planned unit
development, and
WHEREAS these landscape plans which were prepared by Inman,
Inc., February 3, 1976, for the developers Winner-Blacter Realty,
Inc., have been reviewed by PlanninF Coneultant Mangiamele and
Zoning Officer Lee and they have recommended approval subject to
the condition that the number of street trees be increased to one
street tree for every 50' of frontage.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that.the Plan Commission of the City
of Muskego does hereby approve the landscape plans submitted for
Lake Lore Estates subject to the condition that the number of
street trees be'inqreased to one street tree for every fifty feet
of frontage in accordance with Section 8.13 of the Land Division
Ordinance.
