APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT LAKE LORE ESTATES
BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Counqiseion of the City of Muskego
does hereby approve the final plat for Lake Lore Estates prepared
by Inman Engineering March 2, 1976.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to the
following conditions:
1. That the name of ShoFe Drive be changed to a name that is
not similar to an existing atreet name in the City of Muskego.
2. That the area designated Outlot 1 - dedicated to the public
a recreational area for use in the planned unit development. for public use shall be amended to indicate Outlot 1 -
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval does not waive the
requirements of the zoning ardinanqe concerning planned unit
developments.
