REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
THE LAKE
WHEREAS a development of approximately 79 acreoriginally
owned by Schober & Rad,tke on McShane Drive in Section 12
was rezoned to RSA with an overlay for planned unit development
in November, 1973, and
WHEREAS on July 9th, 1973, the Public Sewer Committee
recommended that this property be permitted to connect into the
city's sewer system providing they install a holding tank
whereby the sewerage can be pumped into the city's sewer system
0 during off-peak hours, and
WHEREAS this approval was subject to the condition that
a more detailed plan indicating an improved traffic pattern be
submitted which must meet the approval of the Plan Commission,
and
WHEREAS Winuner Blatter Developers are now developing this
property and have submitted a sketch indicating a revised traffic
pattern.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this sketch for proposed
development of The Lake be referred to Planning Consultant
Mangiamele for review and recmendation.
