REFERRAL TO PLANNING CONSULTANT
MUSKEG0 VOLUNTEER FIRE CO. SUB-STATION
WHEREAS the Plan Commission recmended to the Common
Council that the petition submitted by Muskego Volunteer Fire
Co. to rezone a parcel of property to RS-2 with an OIP overlay
to permit a sub-station on the northeast corner of Hillendale
Drive sild Lembezeder Drive be denied in their Resolution
#P. C. 62-76 As Amended adopted June 1, 1976, and
WHEREAS after consideration of this recommendation, it
was the Comon Council's decision at their meeting June 8, 1976,
to refer this proposal back to the Plan Cmission, and
WHEREAS it was also the Common Council's suggrstion that
the proposal be referred to the planning consultant in order
that he could confer with the fire department as. to possible
sites in the northwest district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby refer the petition submitted by the
Muskego Volunteer Fire Co. to rezone a parcel of property to
RS-2 with an OIP overlay to permit a sub-station to Planning
Consultant Mangiamele for review and recommendation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Planning Consultant be directed
to confer with members of the Muskego Volunteer Fire Co as to
possible sites in the noribwest district
