APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION
ELMER TINTI
WHEREAS Elmer Tinti has submitted a sketch for a four
parcel divtsiop of his property in Section 8, and
WHEREAS this is an RS-1 District which requires 30,000
sq. ft. lots with 120' average width and the lots proposed more
than meet these requirements, and
WHEREAS this proposal includes the extension of Sunny Hill
Prlve into a cuF-de-sac.
'MEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the sketch submitted for a
fout parcel division of the Tinti property In Sqction 8
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subjecc to
the enginefr's approval of the proposed road location and
drainage in that are@,
